In early 2020, the 44-year-old set a goal of achieving a six-pack in a year, telling the outlet, “I have successfully lost weight with every diet I have stuck to in the past 20 years, but my goal was never more than that, lose weight.”
“I’m at my absolute pinnacle,” he continued. I went 35 or 40 years without taking off my shirt in public.
“The shadows have not been improved. There is some loose skin. Scars can be seen. This is my personality.”
