Little Mix's Fourth Album Could Be Their Winning Ticket To A New World Record!

Girl group Little Mix are set to release their new fourth album very soon. So far, three successful platinum albums have come out from this vocal act.

Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Jade Thirlwall, and Perrie Edwards have made it their mission to sell out Madison Square Garden in New York, becoming nominated and winning a Grammy, and of course fully cracking America.

Fortunately, it’s sure these talented women know how important this next album is in terms of longevity and breaking a new world record. They’ve already broken a few on the Billboard 200 chart, in fact.

Their debut album DNA, holds the record for the highest debut album for a British girl group beating out the Spice Girls. They are also the only British girl group with three top 15 albums on the Billboard 200 chart.

This new album will further envelop them in the mold of continued success.

If the acts album happens to debut in the top 20 of the Billboard 200 chart, they will share the girl group record of having four consecutive top 20 studio albums in America with TLC. Thus, this would make them the only girl group this decade with that said achievement and the only U.K. girl group with that success as well.

The end of 2016 and the beginning of 2017 will be a far more critical journey for Little Mix. While they’ve certainly made decent wall breaking damage with their first three studio albums, their fourth (and even fifth album) will truly dispel if this girl group has the power to break through in the U.S.

They have that power. But there’s three key words to keep in mind: They must be introduced to a new demographic, they must book more shows, and they must do more promotion. And we’re not talking about just in America. We’re talking about Brazil, Mexico, Canada, etc.

Fun fact: Did you know Little Mix have one of the best selling girl group tours (their Get Weird tour is the best selling girl group tour of the decade so far)? Side note, this is without touring the other half of the world: and by half we mean South & North America.

While record labels have the final say in almost everything, they perfectly know that if they want their artists to be successful, they must branch them out successfully. Little Mix have obviously successfully branched – they just need a bigger push. This fourth album, could just be that push.

A push that could not only entail new possibilities in North America, but South America as well, where many fans have patiently waited for their idols to arrive.

Anything is possible, and we’re positive they will achieve more and more as the years go by. The final question is, will Little Mix domination finally fall into the U.S – because one things for sure.
